2nd Annual Benefit Music Festival - Postponed

What time can I get in?


The gate will open to the public at 11am. VIP ticketholders may be granted early access.




Where to park?


Free parking is available on-site. If overflow parking is needed, information regarding shuttles to/from the festival grounds will be announced.




What about Handicap parking?


Handicap parking will be available on-site. Please notify us no later than August 1st if special consideration is needed. Email jazzinthecountry@gmail.com.




Rain date?


The Festival will take place rain or shine. Please check weather reports and plan your attire accordingly.




Can I get a refund if my plans change?


All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.




What if I need to leave, can I get back in?


Attendees will receive wristbands which must be worn throughout the event… and must be shown for re-entry to the festival grounds. No sharing of wristbands, please.




Will seating be assigned?


General admission/seating… first come, first to choose desired seating area.




Can I bring a canopy chair?


Canopy/umbrella chairs are allowed. During performances, we ask patrons to lower canopies/umbrellas as a courtesy to others. High-back chairs, free-standing tents and canopies are not allowed.




Can I take photos during the festival?


Cell phone and mobile tablet photography only is permitted. Cameras or video recording equipment is not allowed. Anyone doing so may be escorted from the premises.




Will there be designated areas for smoking?


Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited.




Can I bring snacks?


Outside food, drink and containers of any kind are not allowed. Assorted food and drink will be on sale during the event. If medically necessary, food will be allowed once approved by event management. Please notify us no later than August 1st. Email jazzinthecountry@gmail.com.




How about pets?


Officially-certified service animals only will be allowed. Please notify event management no later than August 1st for a pass to present at the gate. No other animals allowed.




Will wine or beer be sold?


Sorry, no alcohol or alcoholic beverages will be available at the event or allowed on the festival grounds.
